Abstract |

This paper deals with the management of different departments of Bapu Kuti on a wider scale. Bapu Kuti has various different departments and each department has its own requirements and its own needs. This project provides a new approach for managing different departments on organizational level and it shows that the transformation of the firm and hence meeting their different needs and requirements. Finally, transformation of the firm into a full fledge digital organisation. |
