Abstract |

Brain Tumor detection is one of the most crucial parts of saving human life. Human detection is prone to various errors. Segmentation of tumours from healthy brain tissue is one of the most critical requirements of Biomedical Image Processing. There has been a continuous development of tools to detect and process medical images. For this paper, an algorithm has been devised to detect tumours and tested on the BRATS brain tumour database from patients to determine if accuracy level is maintained for all test subjects using an interface of GUI in Matlab. |
