In this project behaviour of swirl type injector nozzle is analysed & performance of nozzle is observed and optimization of nozzle is performed by pressure test, spray test, & evaluation of swirl type nozzle is to be carried out. In this research we are going to design a swirl type injector nozzle to improve the ignition quality & provide complete combustion of fuel. This swirl type injector nozzle will improve spray pattern as well as increase the spray width & bent angle. By wide spray & spray angle uniform combustion can be reached. There will also focused on deep penetration. We are going to analysed the spray pattern, wide spray, spray width, bent angle, cone angle, pressure test, & spray test of swirl type injector nozzle. This nozzle consists of 24 holes at peri of nozzle tip. By this swirl flow and wide spray injection the fuel will be properly mixes with air and desired output can be obtained. By this project it is assumed that ignition characteristics will be improved increase in efficiency increase in power and reduction in pollution. |
