Employee expectations change dramatically due to the increase in digital work and work over the past few years. This study underscores the growing role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Human Resources (HR) in designing advanced digital worker knowledge. A collection of popular AI applications such as chatbots and visual assistants in human resource development, career development, and employee engagement is provided with their definitions. Estimates of their organization implementation, including concerns related to potential benefits, are listed. |
