Abstract |

Software testing has been considered as the most important and time-consuming part of software development life cycle. Around 60% of resources and money are cast-off for the testing of software. Testing is the process of identifying or catching defects in the software. Testing is used to confirm that product/software that has been manufactured by programmer is a quality product and to assure that the manufactured product is working according to the customer requirement specification. Testing can be manual or automated. There are many test techniques that help in detecting the bugs. So, in this paper we describe about the most commonly used testing methods and strategies for the error detection. |
