Abstract |

The main motive of this project is to digitalize and automate industrial requirements. We have automated the fault identification and fault registration system. In this system we have used pic microcontroller to register the faults such as indicator lamp failure, earth failure, bearing failure, winding short circuit, over current and vibration with the help of sensors and physical observation of the workers. The physically observed faults are registered to the microcontroller through interrupts. The corresponding fault count values are displayed through three digit seven segment display. At end of the day the counted fault values will be send to the registered mobile number through SMS from GSM. |
