Abstract

An experimental investigation of performance characteristics on CI engine using different blends of waste plastic oil and ethanol was carried out. In present work the engine fueled with blends likewise D-100,E-10 D-90 , E-20 D-80, E-30 D-70, E-40 D-60 AND WPO-10 D-90, WPO-20 D-80, WPO-30 D-70 , WPO-40 D-60 are experimentally measured and analyzed and compare with that of diesel fuel. The power, efficiencies, specific fuel consumption were calculated and experimental results are represented graphically. The best fuels for internal combustion engine are recommended.
