Abstract |
|
AP-PCR was adopted for differentiation of Salmonella Escanaba isolates from poultry. Two, 10 bp primers were used together for amplifying DNA of ten Salmonella Escanaba strain. Amplified DNA was separate in Gel electrophoresis. Eight distinct DNA patterns were observed. The Discriminatory value of AP-PCR was 0.95. AP-PCR is a potential method used to determine the differences among isolates within same serotype. |
