My Abhyasika A MultiTenant Digital Platform for Study Room Discovery, Booking, and Management

The demand for reliable study environments in India has increased significantly due to rising numbers of competitive exam aspirants and college students living in rented shared accommodations. Traditional study rooms manage bookings through manual registers, phone calls, and offline payments, often resulting in double bookings, poor communication, and operational inefficiency. My Abhyasika is a cloud-based multi-tenant platform designed to digitalize this ecosystem. It enables students to search, compare, and book study rooms online with real-time seat availability and secure digital payments. Study-room owners receive an admin dashboard for automated member management, revenue tracking, notifications, and analytics. The system adopts a modern web stack, implements real-time communication with WebSockets, secures payments via Razorpay, and ensures tenant-wise data isolation. Pilot deployments show improved seat utilization, reduced manual workload, and increased revenue for owners. The platform addresses a significant research and infrastructural gap by providing an integrated SaaS model tailored to the self-study hall segment.
