Abstract |
|
This paper outlines the design, development, and testing of an advanced Smart Mechanical Scissor Jack integrated with Internet of Things (IoT) capabilities. The primary aim is to improve the efficiency, safety, and usability of traditional mechanical jacks by incorporating features such as real-time data monitoring, automation, and remote control. The system is built around a microcontroller-based embedded platform and includes electromechanical actuators, sensors for measuring force and position, and a dedicated mobile application. These components work together to enable wireless operation, real-time feedback control, and continuous tracking of essential parameters like load balance and angular movement. Experimental results demonstrate the system's practicality and its suitability for widespread application in both household and professional automotive servicing. |
