Abstract |
|
Manually spraying pesticides and herbicides onto crops, as well as applying weed inhibitors in the field, is highly labour-intensive for workers. Similarly, the manual task of trimming and removing specific unwanted plants or harvesting crops is also challenging and arduous. Our project introduces a versatile, battery-powered, remote-controlled robot. This device is engineered to spray pesticides and insecticides directly onto targeted areas, reducing chemical waste and excess application, thereby making the process both cost-effective and environmentally friendly. Additionally, it is designed to selectively trim unwanted plants by remotely controlling the robot's movement and operation. |
