Abstract

To figure out the more efficient and higher heat transfer in heat exchanger. To identify the baffle plate arrangements in different angles and position in parallel counter flow heat exchanger. To design baffle in different angle and position. In parallel counter flow heat exchanger and the analyse heat exchanger thermal design of different arrangements of baffle in shell and tube. After the analysis of heat transfer change angle of baffle plates to the testing maximum efficiency of heat transfer. If angle of baffle plate arrangement. It's heat transfer increasing and decreasing this results the high and less heat transfer co-efficient. Similarly by different arrangement and testing baffle plate efficiency will increase.
