This project aims to develop a web-based application that simplifies and enhances the grievance reporting process for municipal bodies. By providing a user-friendly platform, citizens can effortlessly submit complaints, attach relevant images, and track their concerns in real time. Transitioning from traditional paper-based methods to a digital system reduces administrative workload and lowers operational costs for municipalities. The application ensures transparency by offering real-time status updates, keeping users informed about their complaints' progress. Additionally, a centralized dashboard for municipal officers improves complaint management, response times, and service delivery, ultimately strengthening urban governance and enhancing citizen engagement. |
