Abstract |

There are the different industries uses the speed synchronization of motor. The main application of this system is used in textile industries. The goal of this project is to synchronize multiple motors. In automobile or textile mills where multiple motors work at same time on a conveyor belt to draw clothes, it is essential that all the motors there should run at same speed, so that balanced tension is achieved to avoid clothes getting damaged. This system is connected using wire and i2c technology. One motor acts as sender & other is receiver. We can use serial protocol inter integrated circuit to transfer signal from master to client. Also any motor can interface with the system dc geared or bldc or ac motor as well. |
