Imaging is a vital part of biological applications, as many profound information could be derived from imaging during various timescales and with labelling, it becomes more crucial. Many POC systems are based on thermoplasts materials and therefore, auto-fluorescence becomes inevitable due to the material nature. In this work, I have presented a simple and yet a smart way to reduce the auto-fluorescence effects on PMMA-like thermoplast material. The work is validated with different types of labelled tumor cells using a inverted fluorescence microscope. |
