Abstract |
Diminishing quantity of conservative fuel isoccupied as superior problem now days. By pyrolysis process WPO as a final product have closely properties to the diesel. The purpose the experiment is to create scientific model of the SFC using central composite design response surface methodology. Different blend(WPO), injection pressure (I.P), load and Orifice Plate Dia. is considered as input parameters. A single cylinder engine is selected for experiment. The table of random readings is created using response surface methodology in arithmetical software Minitab 17. Regression equation for SFCby face centered CCD method. The whole symposium of results has been conceded out with response surface methodology(RSM). In method four factor, blend ratio (100D0B, 50D50B, 0D100B), injection pressure (high, medium, low), load (2 kg, 7 kg, 12 kg), orifice plate dia. (full, low) with three level. Mutual effect of parameters is examined. Among the variable IP and blend ratio (% of diesel + %WPO) had the most significant effect on the SFC. Among the variable Loadand Orifice Plate Dia are major effect on SFC. |
