In modern society, the increasing participation of parents in professional activities has created challenges in continuous infant care and monitoring. This paper presents an IoT-enabled intelligent smart cradle system designed to provide real-time infant monitoring and automated care. The proposed system integrates multiple sensors, including sound, motion, and wetness detection, along with a camera module for live surveillance. An intelligent algorithm is implemented to detect infant crying patterns and automatically activate soothing mechanisms such as cradle swinging and toy engagement. Additionally, GSM-based communication enables instant alerts to parents in critical situations. The system aims to reduce manual supervision, enhance infant safety, and provide convenience for working parents. Experimental analysis demonstrates that the proposed solution is cost-effective, reliable, and suitable for smart home environments. |
