Abstract

The project titled “Designing of Steel Serenity Eco-Resort” focuses on the planning, analysis, and design of a sustainable and eco-friendly resort structure using steel as the primary construction material. The objective of this project is to develop a modern resort that harmonizes with nature while ensuring structural efficiency, durability, and rapid construction. The eco-resort is designed considering environmental sustainability, energy efficiency, and minimal ecological impact. Steel is selected due to its high strength-to-weight ratio, recyclability, and suitability for prefabrication, which reduces construction time and material wastage. The project includes site planning, architectural layout, structural design, and detailing using advanced software such as Tekla Structures for accurate modeling and fabrication drawings. The design incorporates key resort facilities such as accommodation units, recreational areas, and utility spaces while maintaining aesthetic appeal and functionality. Structural components such as columns, beams, trusses, and connections are designed following relevant codes and standards to ensure safety and stability
