Abstract

The purpose of the study is to determine whether the hybrid work paradigm can be enhanced to promote virtual employees' success in the IT industry. The investigation was carried out with proper consideration of a particular theoretical foundation. While keeping the advantages of remote employment, the hybrid work model approach gives employees more flexibility and a better work-life balance. Data has been verified using analytical techniques, and it has been discovered that working digitally in a hybrid work style is becoming more and more popular. In this study, a sample of virtual workers (N=168) responded to an online survey that included a question about working remotely in the hybrid work model. The study adapts the research procedures, including correlation, chi-square, and percentage analysis. Accepting the hybrid work style is crucial if you want to put the employees' long-term well-being first. The future workforce does appear to follow the mixed employment paradigm.
